Crescent View was started in late summer 2010 and includes single family homes and multifamily townhomes. This location provides central access on the NE side of Cedar Rapids to the City of Hiawatha, Blairsferry Rd and Collins Road. This neighborhood is part of the Cedar Rapids Community School district. Our future model townhome will be located at 1140 Crescent View Dr NE, however set up an appointment to view our single family model located at 1203 Deer Run DR NE.
